Packing
Who you are packing for depends on the hand-off method you picked when you submitted the item:

Online consignment — the item never comes to the store. It stays with you; you pack it and send it straight to the buyer once it sells, then confirm the shipment on the sale detail page. Drop-off / mail-in / pickup — the item goes to the store first. Stick a tag with your short_id on every item so staff can match it to your submission (you'll find it in My Items after accept).
Shoes: ideally in the original box (keeps the value). No box is fine too. Apparel: folded, in a paper bag. Accessories: in bubble wrap or a small box. Mail-in: packing tape, not staples. The box must not be torn.
