Withdrawing items

In My Items open a listing → the red button in the withdraw card. What happens next depends on who is holding the item:

Online consignment — the item never went to the store, so withdrawing means one thing: it comes off sale and stops being shown to buyers. It stays with you the whole time and there is nothing to send anywhere. You can list it again later.

Drop-off / mail-in / pickup — the store has the item, so withdrawing also opens its return. Pick how you want it back:

- In-store pickup — admin approves, you come pick it up. Simplest.

- Zásilkovna — admin creates a Z-pickup, you get a shipment number.

- Mail-in return — admin sends a prepaid label.

Either way you can add a reason, and you can follow the request in Withdrawals.

A cancellation fee applies at some stores when a return is cancelled *after* the store has already approved it. Nothing is charged for cancelling a request the store has not acted on yet. When a fee applies you will see it on the row in Withdrawals.
